Our Story
SignShield started with a simple observation: traditional paper waivers often fail when businesses need them most. An illegible signature, a lost document, or a claim that "I didn't understand what I was signing" can expose businesses to devastating liability.
We set out to create a waiver system that provides irrefutable proof of informed consent. By combining electronic signatures with video verification, we give businesses the evidence they need to defend themselves while making the signing process easier for everyone.
